The director of Daily Lives of High School boys previously directed an adaptation of a manga called School Rumble. It's one of my all time favorite comedy series despite some crappy filler in the later parts of the second season. The first season also has one of my all time favorite OPs:
Believe it or not, pretty much everything in that trailer relates to something in the actual show (including the UFO). ![]() |

This is a tough one...humor is so hard to recommend objectively across the board!
Well...I can mention some of the series I have been lol'ing at for several years now: Acchi Kocchi (Don't ask - I have no idea why this series makes me laugh so hard every single time, but it does.) Azumanga Daioh Fruits Basket (Though the manga is way funnier it is also more serious.) Dagashi Kashi (Very, very subjective humor in this currently airing series, but I think it is hilarious.) As an extra plus ... the manga Yotsubato ...it is a side splitter to be sure as well as adorable to the extreme.

Seconding Seto no Hanayome and Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka.
I absolutely loved Daily lives of highschool boys myself as well. Ouran High School Host Club Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu Club-to-Death angel Dokuro-Chan if you like your humor grizzly. Mitsudomoe is by far my favorite. Especially good if you like your humor quite a bit dirty and crude. |

There's also Nichijou. Strawberry Marshmallow might also work if you're ok with a screen full of grade-school girls. They may be tiny but they know how to roll out some really good humor. Especially Miu, who practically defines the trope Cloudcuckoolander. Also, Tonari no Seki-kun is absolutely hilarious.

Comedy is such a touchy subject... can't say that the ones you listed, made me laugh much but I'll try to suggest some that did. Hopefully some of them will work for you too:
Amagi Brilliant Park had some cool, funny scenes. Angel Beats! is a classic by now, both comedy and drama. Carnival Phantasm - just like Naruto SD, it's a parody but for Fate/Stay Night and Shingetsutan Tsukihime series. In order to understand Phantasm jokes, you need to be familiar with characters and world settings so better watch them first. At least Fate series. Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu killed me back in the days. But again you need to at least watch first season of Full Metal Panic first. But worth it for sure. GTO - classic K-ON I guess. Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai is good comedy wise too. Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? could be to your liking. Love Hina was good in my opinion, especially manga. Love Lab had some hilarious moments. Mayo Chiki! was fun from what I remember. Nanatsu no Taizai is shounen but with a share of funny stuff. Sakurasou no Pet na Kanojo made me laugh out loud many times. Sengoku Otome: Momoiro Paradox is a parody on the famouse Sengoku Era. As long as you don't take it seriously, it's quiet fun. Some yuri undertones. Servant x Service is a nice comedy. Shokugeki no Souma is fun. You might enjoy Watashi ga Motenai no wa Dou Kangaetemo Omaera ga Warui! Working! is a good comedy. Yuru Yuri can be hilarious if you are ok with yuri undertones. Hope this helps.

Comedy is difficult, since in many ways it's a matter of taste.
Tonari no Seki-kun Gekkan Shoujo Nozaki-kun Lucky Star is rather divisive in who finds it funny, but if you liked Daily Life of Highschool Boys I'd guess you might like it.
