I don't get those novels. If you want to have incest in your novel, go for it. Not like there is not at least a hundred of ways for fantasy incest to not have any repercussions, like mana preventing genetic disorders, fast mutation, that makes the siblings' DNA almost as those of strangers (who said getting stronger can't change your DNA?) or just simply saying that people of that world are different species from our world, even though they look similar (they have magic and can use it, nothing strange) so the reproduction mechanism is slightly different.

If you don't want incest, don't introduce it. Just make the MC have a normal relationship with his sister/s.

And yeah, talking it out with his sister and rejecting her seems like the correct choice. Running might buy you some time, but that's only if you are prepared to accept it, but there are things you want to do first (like getting stronger, independent or whatever). If you are gonna reject her in the end, it is just making it much more painful for both.

This author might be one of those false advertisement bastards. Y'know those authors who tease a specific type of genre (harem, incest, non-ntr...) and have the relationships between the MC and a heroine(s) develope all throughout the series, but then around the end of the series the author will abruptly puts an end to the relationship(s) that have developed throughout multiple volumes, and simply stick the MC with the heroine that they(author) favored. (The only time I will accepte it is if the MC was rejecting those type of relationships from the get-go and remained that way throughout most of the series)

I HATE authors like that, and I firmly believe that they should get their asses kicked for taking advantage of their readers. (Tsuki Tsuki, Hundred,...)
