Ah, gotta love the scent of freshly baked spoilers! Credit goes to Sandman and co. from AP for the info:

-Chapter title is "Big News". Ministory involves a bystander mistaking Chiffon for her sister.

-We go back in time a bit, one week after the Reverie. Garp has escorted the Neptune family back to fish-man island, and has a brief chat with them about politics. However, the aged VA soon brings up the matter of a serious incident involving the Alabasta kingdom, though he implores the merfolk beforehand to not let the report affect their judgment of the humans on the surface.....

-Meanwhile, at the HQ of the World Economic News, Morgans (the same journalist who deemed Luffy as the "Fifth Emperor"), is in the middle of having his team publish a big scoop involving the Reverie. Apparently, there was an assassination attempt and even a death involved at the conference! Suddenly, he receives a check from the WG that's clearly meant to be hush money, but he refuses it..... which causes him to get threatened by a CP agent disguised as one of his employees. Surprisingly, Morgans takes down the agent! He then decides to have his HQ relocated, but not before he gets a news tip from, interestingly enough, Wapol....

-Morgans' article spreads throughout the world. Apparently, one of the big stories revolves around something serious happening to Sabo of the Revolutionary Army!!! We see reactions from several people, including the remaining RA commanders in Kamabakka (Dragon included), Stelly, and even Makino and Dadan in East Blue. While they're all impacted emotionally by the news, they're naturally also skeptical of the news' legitimacy. We also cut to Impel Down, where Doflamingo is greatly amused by all of the recent news stories. Shortly after, we cut to the pirate island of Hachinosu (aka beehive), where Blackbeard tells his men to prepare to set off. He wants to beat the marines in obtaining a certain something.....

-Back to the marines, Coby receives a report from a special marine HQ secret squad known as SWORD, who are working undercover in Wano. And as it turns out..... the leader of SWORD is X DRAKE!!! Coby himself is an agent of SWORD, as well (and apparently, he's been promoted to Rear Admiral rank). Drake tells Coby about the alliance between Kaidou and Big Mom, and that Luffy is currently still in prison. He also reports that he encountered CP0 there. As for Coby, he's on his way to Amazon Lily, in order to apprehend the snake princess....

-And it's at this point that we learn the biggest news of all..... THE SHICHIBUKAI SYSTEM HAS FINALLY BEEN ABOLISHED!!!! The rulers of both Alabasta and Dressrosa pushed for this decision at the Reverie, due to the extensive damage the warlords have caused to their respective countries. After much debate, the motion gained a majority vote at the conference, and it was passed! We first see the marines confront Buggy, who pretty much decides to use his crew as a distraction while he flees, heh. Next up is Mihawk, who is actually excited that he's become a rogue pirate again, as it's been a long time since he's been chased by the marines. Elsewhere in the New World, Edward Weevil, who seems to not have caught wind of the news yet, is confused as to why the marines are chasing him and his mother. Nonetheless, Miss Bakkin (the mother) tells him to slaughter them all! Finally, we return to Amazon Lily! The empress of the Kuja tribe tells her fellow ladies to not panic, as they need only remind the marines that it was through their strength that she became a warlord in the first place....!!!!

Er... yeah, sorry if the summary's kind of a jumbled mess right now. The current info is a bit disorganized, unfortunately..... guess I gotta wait until the full chapter release to fix that. Still, there's a lot to take in.... Sabo's alleged death (which is most likely an exaggeration by Morgans), the end of the Shichibukai system, Drake working as a spy, and Blackbeard making his newest move..... holy crap. Boy howdy, is act 3 of Wano gonna be a doozy!

Well, prepare yourself, it's the incoming return of the Hancock for New Nakama hype now that the warlord system is abolished. I wouldn't hate on that call since I confess, seeing her in the crew as a sort of Reverse Sanji was interesting back in the day and still is to me, but I don't expect it. I'd be happy with Jinbei and Carrot.

Whew, so much happening in the chapter.
Guess it was expected after the end of act 2.

Fake news Morgan is at it again lol, obviously Sabo isn't dead.

Mihawk is excited about being chased again lol
What a badass. They're at least sending an Admiral to him right, it'd be pointless to send anyone below regardless of numbers.

Hancock is also unbothered it seems

BB is after something huh. Wonder if it's his third (zoan) fruit. Well whatever it is it's probably not good(for others)

So we got Aokiji and X Drake who work undercover huh. Speaking of Aokiji, we need to know if he also participate on this war.

Mihawk may feel not bothered since he can kill time with this again. Yet the Marines are surely being overrun by baboons.

Hancock need to develop a method to draw out Sea Kings so Marines can't recklessly approach it.

As for Sabo. We may see Jewelery Bonney's meddle with this and i'm sure that the Commanders will repprt the truth about it.

Aren't we supposed to call him Kuzan now since the color and the animal title are only for Admirals?

He is Kuzan, yes but i prefer to call him Aokiji though. It's just depends on who want to call Kuzan such as.

Apparently spoiler provider on 5ch has just fixed his summary. Sabo being dead is not clearly mentioned in this chapter.
Some Japanese people are guessing that the big news is about Sabo having killed Cobra (?) or about Sabo getting captured

Guess we better wait for the full chapter to see what's really happening with Sabo.

Well, all of this is very exciting! It feels like bad timing for the Marines to pick a fight with the RA and the Shichibukai now that things are heating up in Wano. I guess they must be really confident in their new weapon(s).

Yeah, looks like Sabo's fate is a bit less ambiguous, now..... since the WG wanted Morgans to spread false news of his death to lure the rest of Dragon's army into a trap, it's most likely he was merely captured. Still, if that's the case, this almost feels like a reprisal of Ace's fate, in a sense (whose capture was also used to lure the Whitebeard pirates into a deadly trap). Guess the holy land is gonna turn into a warzone at the same time as Wano, huh....

Also, I dunno if Coby's the best pick to apprehend Hancock... They should at least send an admiral (or some of the better VAs) to deal with her, heh. BTW, Buggy naturally appears too, but I didn't see any translation of his dialogue, sadly. How will our clown friend get out of this one, I wonder....?

I don't think Coby is the best guy since he can befriend Hancock due to relationship with Luffy. I'm sure Hancock wants Coby to spill everything about Luffy that she didn't know. Although i may feel bad for Helmeppo since he can be turned into a stone. Considering Amazon Lily is on Calm Belt, well.... It is difficult for Marines to approach it as any ruckus can attract Kaiorui.

As for Buggy, i think Marines still can use him as a mercenary since Buggy runs a mercenary business after all. Sometimes Marines can use expendable muscles like Buggy to keep their hands clean

That would defeat the point of abolishing the Shichibukai system in the first place. They're sending a message to the world: no pirate will be allowed to roam free anymore.

Actually, I doubt all but the biggest sea kings will prove to be a problem for the marines. I mean, back when we were first introduced to Hancock, we discovered that VA Momonga took care of one rather easily. And heck, even lower-ranked officers have no problem dealing with those beasts.... back during the sea train transition to the Enies Lobby arc, T-Bone, a mere captain, butchered a gigantic sea king that was actually bigger than the train. So yeah, I don't think sea kings are the biggest issue to deal with..... rather, that would be resisting Hancock's charms.

We all saw the abolition of the shichibukai system coming, and it's finally happened. Things will be all the more hectic now that they're rogue criminals again. Good luck to the marines in trying to capture Mihawk though. They'd need to send 1 admiral at least to take him down.

I'm curious as to what role Bartholomew Kuma will play from here on out. He's a weapon and completely subservient to the WG's will, so there's no sense in trying to get rid of him. There's no news either about the RA commanders rescuing him, so he's more than likely still in the WG's custody.

Actually, two fronts can be a problematic for Marines. In one side while they have to fight Kuja Pirates, at another they need to hold off Sea Kings as well. Butchering a Sea Kings can take time and the damage can be heavy without a plan.

Without protection from the WG, the former Shichibukai will probably look for alliances with fellow pirates, which will benefit the Straw Hats in the end.
Surprised that Drake was an undercover marine, though.

it was sentomaru who said right?, since the creation of the pacifistas the shichibukai system would be abolish, that was one of the points for their creation, so we knew for a long time now.

gotta love this kind of chapters around the world, and I'm so glad there's chapter next week I was afraid of that.

I want to see the latest version of pacifista(and whatever else Vegapunk has created) and how strong they are.

The Admirals are OP no doubt but just the 3/4 of them are not nearly enough to deal with all the mess that's happening.

So they actually went ahead and did it. First, they abolish the Shichibukai and now they are intentionally provoking the RA. The WG must be really confident in whatever they have up their sleeve. Wonder how the news of Kaidou and Big Mom's alliance will affect things.
