Here's what I can remember I've been exposed to off the top of my head.

Ashiteruze Baby- luv'd it.
Cowboy Bebop- had it spoied or me, so never watched it/plan to.
DearS- HAHAHAHA love the opening too.
Excel Saga- I'm getting around to it. Good pointless comedy.
Gunslinger Girl- good stuff. Good emotional moments, wanted more episodes.
Kareshi Kanojo No Jijou- loved the first 14ish, then when the original guy quit, it was VERY obvouis. Quality lacked, kept repeating and summarizing too much. But helped me enjoy the genre more.
Madlax- haven't finished it or barely started.
Mahoromatic- did season 1, was fun, on season 2.
Naruto- look at the username.
Onegai Teacher- Good emotional moments. I want to talk about the end but I'll refrain. "Sensei, Sensei, sensei....sensei.." lol.
Love Hina- one of my faves. My fave 24 episode series.
Full Metal Panic/Fumoffu- Fumoffu was more awesome.
Full Metal Alchemist- but of course. Great story.
Boys Be- yes good good.
Kimi Ga Nozumo Eien- probably spelled that wrong but I loved the show greatly.

I'll keep barreling around here I"m sure I'll find plenty. Pretty open mindind on what I like(anything good).

Im not sure what your question is? Are you looking for complete Anime that you have missed? Or in general complete animes? Because there are a number of animes in your list that (as you say yourself) are not complete.
Or are you reviewing them?
Be a bit more specifik please.

I hope you're not asking for a list of animes which are good that aren't on your list because if so you're looking at several hundred easy

lol, I'm in trouble because I think I was asking just that.

As far as that list goes the only continuing series on there is Naruto.

Ok, I'm just going to go find suggestions from other threads instead of making you guys crank out hundreds of lists.

on side note, looking for a good romance like kareshi kanjo no jijou that doesn't go sour halfway through

I'll just keep searching sorry.
