My most favorite character has finally been shown.

Okiri Gin!

This episode has shown a lot of new Vaizards. It also has brought back focus on the other significant event relevant to the whole business of Arrancar, such as Ishida and how he is to retain his power (apparently, he has to die), Hiyori's sandal that we have all missed so much, and the useless nice guy Chad. With all that much going on in the episode, it didn't put a strain on the pacing.

The atmosphere was brought down in moments due to our emo-hero Ichigo-kun, and the emo-symptom recently observed in one of the lovable useless girl, Orihime-chan. The music, especially two particular scores, was very very good. All in all, it's a very good episodes. Finally, the cuteness has recovered...

I give this episode a 8.4.

WOOT! Good Episode, good intro good ending (even though the ending was really the beginning of something really good. You can't find any 2 characters as aweomse as Grim and Hiyori, they're just too awesome!

Next episode should be really great it looks like, hope they don't put off Bleach for next week!

Man I wanted to see Grim go mid-evil...STUPID AIZEN! Grim will just fight anyone, takes crap from no one, superior and all except for Aizen.

What a way to end the episiode to make you want more. Hiyori transforms on Ichi and then is about to do some beating then it ends with that cool beating music. Wait I lied, I really hated the ending because it was just getting good and really upset me because now I have to wait for the good part.

Grimmjow ftw. Hiyoooooriii~~ <3<3 I love her so much. Her hollow mask is all sorts of awesome and loved the voice.

Also... GIN! I like how the captain uniform was kept relatively the same, just a longer white coat/robe type thing.

All together, great episode. I can't wait until the next week.

Pretty good episode even with all the cost cutting frames here and there. It'll take a while to get used to the other Vaizards since their voices were slightly different than what I had in mind. Anyway next couple of eps should be a blast I hope they use the same team that handled the Ikkaku and Grimmjow fight.

New people overload. Wonder if they are actually going to be able to give all of them any character depth.

My main thing is I don't like how suddenly everyone knows about Ichigo's hollow and there has been no real reaction. Rukia suddenly knew about it out of no where and there was no revelation/reaction, now she says it in front of everyone and there is no revelation/reaction. Did this already happen in the movie? I never saw it.

edit: Gin debute should have been saved for something epic

I feel the same way man. I have no idea how they know, but they just know! It wasn't ever really mentioned or talked about and Rukia's brother never brought it up after fighting Ichi, no one one the good side has witnessed it. They talk about it as if everyone knew form the start and there's no raction and no one seems to know about Shinjis group besides Ichi dad and they store manager and they haven't told anyone about Ichi either.

This is all confusing, but I guess we'll just have to go along with it. In the manga was it made clear like in th eanime that everyone knew? I can't really seem to recall, besides from when Rukia returns to the living world when Ichi was all affraid of himself and she says "Are you affraid of becoming a hollow?" And Ichi thinks to himself "If only you knew" or something like that....

OH WOW Hiyori was awesome. Especially in the very last couple seconds... I CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF HER!

She has an awesome hybrid form: a 4-foot hollow with pigtails! Her spirit energy was as uber as Grimjaw's too it seemed...

LOVE her hollow voice too.

Oh, there was quite a bit of episode before that scene, huh?

this ep was pretty good IMO, getting to see Hiyori in action sure made its day. What do u think of the voice's of the other Vaizards?

Hiyori is so much smaller than all the other vaizards... Does that make her a kid? or is she just short? lol

If there was a poll for this, I would give it a 1. Not because it was horrible.. but because they left it hanging... I WANT NEXT WEEK TO COME!!! So cruel.. Why did I have to watch it so quick, but this reminds me of how it use to be.. So cruel.. oh so cruel.. Loved the episode.. She rocks.. lil devil woot! Go Ichigo, show them how badass you really are!
