Which version is better?

I'm in conflict!!

I can't decide on which version to choose... Manga or Anime?

Mind helping me out? THANKS!

Haha, I'm wondering which version is better for these:

1. Suzuka
2. Kanon
3. His or Her Circumstances

Thanks so much!

And if you can, please recommend me some good romance + some other genre manga or anime (whichever version is better ;D)?

Thanks in advance!

Kanon 2006 is the better anime. I haven't read the manga, but considering it's based on the anime/game and that the anime is ZOMG KyoAni, I doubt there's any way the manga is better.

His and Her C ss one of those you have to look up both and decide for yourself, because opinions are sriously divergent.

Well, Kanon was originally a game so unlike the other two, the manga wasn't the source of the anime... I would watch the 2006 version of the anime. I couldn't sit through half of the original.

As for Suzuka... I've only seen the anime and that was a pretty painful experience overall. I can't say either way; rather, I would suggest avoiding the series all together.

I've seen the His or Her Circumstances anime, and read most of the manga. I enjoyed the anime, though I believe it sort of unravels a bit towards the end. Just watch it and enjoy the first 20 or so episodes. The manga didn't do much for me. By the time I get much past the events of the anime, the story starts to bore me and I lose interest. It jumps around between different characters a bit too much.

The anime of Kare Kano falls apart at the end because the main director walked out at that point, leaving the show kinda hanging. Shame really, as the second season was something I really wanted to see (the school play animated).
Still, those 19-20 episodes are very much worth watching. But in this particular case, even though I don't much like manga, I'd recommend that over the anime simply because it doesn't end abruptly and you get to see the school play.

Watched all and read all.

Kanon go for the anime. It's done very well. While the manga isn't bad it just isn't as good as the anime.

Suzuka go for manga. Better art and picks up where the anime stopped.

Kare Kano you have to read the manga. While the anime is good. The manga is a lot better. The better moments of anime are scene's where they took the art of the manga. Go for the manga imo.
