I'm following Hajime and One Outs at the moments. Currently enjoying One Outs more then Hajime, but both are excellent anime.

Don't be fooled by the animation of Hajime No Ippo. It has the best character development story. Nearly had me in tears.

Forgot the mention Genshiken.

I really felt sorry for mitsuki! she was babysitting takayuki, working at same time! so so sad she had to make his breakfast, during her lunch break she would goto takayuki to prepare lunch or dinner...
