Agree. This story was fantastic, and the artwork was quite gorgeous.

Guess I'll put it into my reading list. Going through Just Because LN now and it's pretty interesting.

This will get an anime maybe when it gets 5+ volumes. V1-V3 is perfect for 12 episodes. Now I hope Yen Press doesn't get it. Although that is slim since it's under Kadokawa. Hoping for JNC.

The translation of Volume 01 was concluded today, wasn't? I was interested in this light novel when came out because of the synopsis but the most because of the illustrations. How you guys describe the novel?

Akito was severely underrated in my opinion. Granted, I look at it like a gaiden sort of stories along the like of Gundam OVA like Thunderbolt or 0083.

Plus, half of the complaints I've seen are stuff like "Not enough Lelouch" or "I don't like mecha".

Well, I hated Akito but loved 86. It may be similar in few ways but it's so much better executed it's not even comparable.
