Joking aside, that anime character design looks really nice. That "First season" (or is it? I can't read Japanese) on the visual above indicate that we're in for a long ride.

It clearly says 第1弾 which translates as first, but do not mean first season.

Just when I considered a rant on the latest chapter. xD

This could very well improve on the source material, cause unlike the manga, it would be stupid if there won't be any songs presented with lyrics in a concert.

No, you don't. It's on the same universe, but KNIM doesn't have serious connections to Fuuka, outside of some cameos.

Nah. Fuuka is a sequel to manga series Suzuka which also got an anime. Kimi no Iru Machi is just another manga from the same author. It is not related to this one.

Oh another anime adaptation by the mangaka of a town where you rage. Still butthurt over that manga though i stopped reading it a long time ago so i eventually stopped being angry over it. Never read this manga though since suzuka pissed me off too and this is supposed to be a sequel.

Not sure if i am masochist enough to watch this but as long as if i view it as a so bad its good comedy maybe i can. If so bring on the most trainwreck staff you can. Shinbo, okada and give them full liberties. 100% wont be boring albeit itll come hand in hand wirh causing high blood pressure.

Ok that was just mean of me so ill stop...

Personally, I found the most irritating thing about Kimi no Iru Machi was all the people constantly telling me that the show was going to make me rage...
