Kakashi Theory

I don't read the manga and I don't know if there are any threads like this, but here it goes:

I was just thinking, since Kakashi's only original technique is the Chidori, and the Chidori is a lightning technique...maybe Kakashi is originally from the Country of Lightning?

it could be possible. we know nothing about Kakashi's path except he was trained by the 4th

Well, how about the fact that the Shodaime and Nidaime are credited with creating the Leaf country (implying that there was no Fire before)? From the ep 71 battle it looks like Nidaime is from the Water country and the Shodaime is from...I guess...the Earth country. Since the Leaf is so young, it could stand to reason that Kakashi (or one of his Hatake ancestors) immigrated to Konoha without very much difficulty.

And it is.
The "electric Chidori", the one which Kakashi transforms Chakra into electricty, is called the Raikiri.
The normal Chidori is just a blade of pure Chakra.

And no, Kakashi's homeland is the Hidden Leaf, there's no doubt about it. If it wasn't, we would already know his true homeland by now. Just because the 2nd Hokage can use high level Water Type ninjutsu means he's originially from the Water Country? Just because the 1st Hokage uses more Earth type ninjutsu that means he comes from the Earth Country? Just because they're addicted to some elemental type ninjutsu, that doesn't mean they originally come from the countries where these elemental types are used more often.

No, just because they used those specific elemental types doesnt mean anything, the only reason the 2nd uses his water wall is because water cancels out fire, and earth cancels out water when the 3rd uses his earth wall, and the 1st using his attack doesnt mean anything either, its just his most powerful attack, becuase only he could use it, you saw the 3rd hokage, he could have lost easily if he didnt reach the tree to summon enma

also, i dont belive kakashi is from country of lightning, i belive he is from leaf, but i do wish to see some lightning nins kick some ass, we havnt really seen anything from them >_<

and lightning is my favorite element! always has been :-P

Very good points, vicious-san and ma1nstream-san.

However, to reiterate my point, the 1st and 2nd Hokage created the Fire country.
There was NO Fire country before they made one.

Unless the ninja spontaneously appeared (which is an actual possibility; the host country decided to train all their own ninja from scratch), all the OG's had to come from SOMEWHERE else (other countries).

Based on the jutsu used by the 2nd Hokage (all water-type jutsus) and his blue armor, I don't think it's unrealistic to say that he might have come from the Water country.
The Shodaime wears a different color armor (reddish-brown) from the Nidaime and Sandaime.

Think of the United States back in the early days; the people that made the country came from somewhere else (western Europe).
The first leaders of the country and the people that trained the US Army came from other countries.

Does what I'm saying make sense to ANYBODY?

YEA! I AGREE! Lightning nins come forth and kick ASSSSS!!

ps. Raikage-chan(dont know the difference between chan/san/etc. :P)
if you watch episode 71, the ANBU says something along the lines as "they
made the country of leaf what it is today", this doesnt nessisarily(horrible speller) mean that they Created/Formed the country, it simply means that they made it the Great country that it is today...i cant deny it IS a possibility that they made the country from scratch, but it i doubt that it was

The ANBU said "Konoha wo kizuita"

Kizuku - to build; amass; to pile up

Kanji definition: fabricate, build, construct

Dude...don't call me 'chan'...

Also take into consideration that Kakashi took his Chuunin exams in Konoha...so I guess I was wrong.

*Just a thought*

This wouldn't make much sense to put Kuso oba-san together, since Oba-san is not derogatory.

The proper way to call a woman an old bitch would be Kuso Baba.
