It could be Subaru and Teana weren't present at the time of that shot, but were drawn in accidentally. Like when Hayate was replaced with Shamal, it was because Hayate was sitting to Fate's right but Fate was looking to her left, where Shamal is sitting. As Skane pointed out, it isn't an attempt to 'shaft' Hayate.

That doesn't make any sense. In both versions of the preceding and following shots, Subaru and Teana are shown to be behind Lutecia which means that they should show up in the aerial view.

You don't need to apologize, my english isn't good either.
You can share all the doujins you want with us, they will be always welcomed, but I'm not interested in scanlating anything not NanoFate related. Anyways there are many people here who can make the edition and the distribution, so it won’t be a problem if you guys want to translate other kind of doujin.

Nina, do you remember where you got that 2 pages NanoFate comic?
