Sorry i cant think of what it is called but is there any where you can get anime that isnot subbed. In specific gunslinger girl

it's called a "raw"
and raws are difficult to find...they aren't commonly distributed

Do you mean dubbed, as in with English voices? Or are you talking un-subtitled as it is broadcast on Japanese television? In either case, you're unlikely to get answers here, seeing as AnimeSuki is focused on fansubs...

AND if you're after dubs of Gunslinger Girl, you aren't going to find them
as far as i know, none exist of the gunslinger girl anime as of yet (though, ADV MAY license the anime, since they have the manga...they have a lot of package deals, such as Happy Lesson, Full Metal Panic, and Azumanga Daioh)

there are sites or IRC channels where you can get them ..but i might be forbidden to mention raw sites on this forum hehe ..

That is correct. We do not allow anyone to aid in the distribution of raw anime on this forum. No links and no telling anyone where to get the links. This is because the raw is in the same format as it is copyrighted in Japan with any subtitles to "add value" and make something more than simple piracy.
