man, I'm just loving the characters in this! I expected an angry Sui bust into some shounen manga style declaration about getting stronger and beating him but instead she bust out in tears! honestly I think seeing her cry like that is much more in line with her personality (being the very unpredictable and crazy-like lass she is)
In any case I think she'll bounce back quick enough. I second the characters getting some hardcore training from fallen |

I've really enjoyed the story and characters so far but I'm a little worried about the whole need to "power up". I guess it is to be expected being shounen but hopefully it doesn't interfere with the plot too much.
I'm a little confused about what exactly Kiri did with the sword made of knives in chapter 3, did anyone actually understand what the bluff was meant to be? |

ah man this chapter was somewhat of a bad rollercoaster. First I couldn't stop laugh at Kuma-kun, that was just brilliant and then with the meeting with Sister Heine but then they throw that ending at you, which is rather downer

Kind of gives you a weird feeling when you look at it. He could in theory keep all the critical sisters alive just by moving in a big group. But right now seems like only Elle will be given the gift of survival. Heine will likely keep working without meeting those two again and then will be gone .

Noticed how someone is narrating and it sounded like Elle, so I am pretty sure she will be alive till the end. On the side note, I still haven't gotten sick of Kiri's family's humor. I truly hope nothing ever happen to Kiri's family, or I will die with a throbbing heart.

The thing is, we don't know for sure whether Kiri's ability to stop the onset of Troi symptoms is limited. If Kiri's total Troi immunity is actually protecting Elle when she holds his hand (as opposed to merely boosting her own high resistance), then it won't matter how infected she gets.
Even if the normal Flare limits apply, the answer is simple: just add another sister to the handholding chain. Flare's limits increase geometrically, so the only real issue with adding more people is the increasing impracticality of day-to-day living. |
