I think this was the first episode that Saaya was really bad as opposed to just annoying like she usually is. So I ended up not liking the episode as much.
There was also wasted potential in that they could of used the episode to end Seichiiro's fanboyness but they weren't willing to go all the way with it.
But the filler character was good and the filler chara had a good design.

I KNOW!!! She's so flipping annoying (second place to Hio Mio from D.N.Angel on my list)!! She NEEDS to know that Kuukai and Tadase are NOT her princes of love and that bullying others is bad to the bone!! I don't like her at all! She's such a brat! Kinda like in the movie "Mean Girls". You know, with Lindsey Lohan?

Sorry about the off-topicness. Good thing Saya doesn't have a "burn book"! That wouldn't be nice!

Saya is definately getting on my nerves too, I thought she was just one of those useless background characters that just acted posh and she is only for comical relief...This episode she was too serious.

Gah...I think we are fully back into filler zone now with the usual "batsu of the week" format.

But on the bright side we do get plenty of Rima in this episode...well...just not her usual self

The gags in this episode were so bad that they made me cry instead of laughing ;____;

Ok.....I've been catching up to Shugo Chara now, even though I'm a little late i the game. I have one question. Every 3-4 episodes, someone either Ikuto or Utau declares that he/she will resuce Utau or Ikuto. FROM WHAT?

I get that they both have a contract with Easter or something, but from what I saw, Utau and her manager JUST LEFT in episode 43. So....how are Ikuto and Utau in danger from Easter?

You just have to accept that Ikuto has a deeper foot in this mud than the others. After all, it's kinda hard to quit on family.

That said though, I really don't think the issue is that important anymore.

Really? I'm kinda disappointed that Ikuto practically just stood there and did nothing throughout the entire second part of the 'fight'. Heck, even a batsuma chara the size of the Ghostbuster's giant Stay Puft Marshmallow Man couldn't move him.

Ikuto is more of a "wise sage" who overlook things. He's too kick ass to join a "children's fight"

I don't really care that he didn't join in...what I do care about is that we dont have enough Utau fangirling over Ikuto moments >_<

Even though they are siblings...one of the best kind of loves out there.

Nyuuu, the 2nd OST doesn't have that BGM of Utau chara-nari with Eru.

Episode 46 isn't the best episode ever, but I think the animators are getting better at designing filler characters. At least they look nicer to the eye.

I have a feeling we'll get alot more Ikuto when it's his arc or when it's towards the end. If peach-pit decides to actually pair up Amu with Tadase, I'm sure all the fans are gonna be pretty mad.

We need more Utau episodes, at least the next one is a filler episode with Utau (I don't think Utau has been in any filler episodes up to now).

I'm almost certain they wouldn't have her pick one just yet After all, it would destroy one of the most entertaining points of the series

Of course, unless the last few episodes are really on Ikuto, then maybe, just maybe...

I don't care whether this was filler material or not, it can easily pass off for being manga gold for all I know.

Awesome episode featuring yours truely, Utau of course

The story this time takes us into the situation with her singing career, and things aren't looking so good. Ever since she has left easter, they have begun shafting her and now poor Utau couldn't even get a job even with shameful begging.

No wonder why Yukari is now ill and bed ridden.

But after a few scenes, Amu decide to help out though it took some time for her to get into it. But when she did, even Utau's stubboness was broken through and they begin to search for jobs whilst keeping in high spirits.

In the end though, Utau was unable to find anywhere and begin to suffer from angst. Thankfully she soon realised that her song could be better off used to help save people as a couple of batsu charas appear in the park. After converting those eggs back to normal, people begin to gather around the park after hearing a mysterious, beautiful song and this is what is going to get Utau's stardom back. Not as a famous pop singer but as a freelance street entertainer. Quite a change, but it is the thought that counts right?

Go Utau! Fighto!

There was also quite a funny scene reguarding Yukari and Nikaidou...I laughed

And Utau's chara change with El is still the best sight!

Looks like they're going to release the 3rd character single of Utau, since I think it sells quite well. Nana Mizuki's name must be helping it to sell. The new song this episode is my favourite Utau's song, a slower melody but very nice to the ear.

Some bonuz Sanjo-san and Nikaido moments, those are cute <3

This episode was well made, a good balance of comedy, drama, character development and obviously it's centre around Utau. Pure epicness this episode is.

Next episode is on Yaya...couldn't really tell what's going to happen ^_^''

Well 46 could of turned out pretty bad...Luckily Amu plays a fantastic "Straight Man" so I ended up enjoying it thoroughly even if I was for most of the episode...

Edit: I saw episode 46 and...Oh my God that was cute and funny as heck! I "officially" LOVE Rima now! Kusu Kusu is cute as ever! I can't believe people would worship her as the God of Comedy! Since she's a girl, she should be called the Goddess of Comedy! ^v^ I love her reactions when people make fun of comedy! She looked like she was gonna yell "You make fun of comedy and I'll kill you, bakayaro!!" I loved that!
