People seem to have named her Mikan. Don't know where than comes from though.

Err, no. I heard that Millay "raped" Kallen in the novels. I don't know myseld, I just herd that. And CG novels tend to do crazy stuff so why not? ^^

You ever notice Kallen seems to have a thing for thigh-high things. Half of her costumes have thigh-high boots, thigh-high socks, thigh-high stockings. It's like her thing.

Also. Sakamoto doesn't wear just panties under her uniform. She wears a swim suit. Just like Miyafuji.
Koshimizu Ami does the voice of Charolette Yaeger, the only American character.
