I have the feeling it'll be the reverse actually. After Sumeragi returns to CB, Billy will feel betrayed and possibly try to leak information about CB to the enemy. He's the kind of guy that would be a little obsessive about her and could be driven to get some form of revenge for her dumping him. I don't think it'll be in violent way, like he's not going to jump in a mobile suit or something, but leaking information to Graham or his uncle about her being involved in the group and whatever else he can find out would be his way of getting back at her.

I was thinking that maybe the authors'll pull off another KajixKatsuragi from NGE.

Spoiler for KajiXkatsuragi NGE BilyxSumeragi:

Billy joins the A-Laws to gather info and while doing it gets caught and killed. However he manages to send the data to Sumeragi, who after getting it will keep listening to Billy's last massage and drowning herself in alcohol.

At least that would show that Sumeragi actually cared for Billy. In the first season she just milked him for data. Then when she was worried about the situation she would go all "Alleluja!". Afterwards when everything about Celestial Beings went to hell, in the end of S1, she went back to good old Billy who would take care of her.

Now she was unsure about going back to celestial being, but in order to rescue Alleluja she puts aside doubts and joins again.

Even if it ends being depressing I would just like for her to show the poor Billy some love.
Moreover Billy's death at the hands of the A-Laws could be a leverage for a development of Graham too (as a bad guy or an half-bad one).

As for Marina more than an angsty situation from the spoilers it seems a tense one.

The fact that Louise gets a scarce mention in those spoilers (screw scarce, nonexistant) is somewhat worrying. But, eh. Hopefully Sunrise won't kill her off so soon.

And Lind/Lindt/whatever his name is is shaping up to be a badass. Underwater Mobile Armor? I like that.

Er, Gundam 0 appeared when Setsuna was a kid. It's more outdated than the Exia.

Who was piloting Gundam 0 back then?

It's also mentioned that Gundam 00 has 2 GN drives mounted on it's shoulders for more mobility.
And I doubt Graham got his hands on Gundam 0, given his reaction in the first episode.
