Serious/Horror Anime

At first point I havn't followed anime anymore for quite a wile anway I'll post the one's which I currently followed and which I finished up.

Follow;
Vampire Knight
Gundam 00
Naruto Shippuuden.

Finished;
Naruto
Bleach first few seasons [don't like the new ones]
Deah Note [this was the only one I really got addiced to]
[something with Blood at the start, I don't know the name anymore]

Beside those I follow the Kamen Rider series and Sentai Rangers for time killing.
I also only followed Ultraman Nexus cause I don't like the other seasons at all.

Point is I looking mostly for serious anime not with some crappy laughing in it.

thanks in advance.

Try Le Portrait de Petit Cossette. It's only three episodes, but it's awesome. It fits your requirements: it's very serious, and classified as horror. It scared me, but I'm sort of a pansy. Anyway, if you want something a little shorter, check it out.

Vampire Princess Miyu.
'tis an old horror anime. It is very amazing and also quite serious. I am currently watching it and am enjoying it too.

I would also recommend Elfen Lied and the Hellsing series (and the OVA). Maybe Blood: The Last Vampire too, that is a movie.

Betterman, in the first half, has some wonderfully scary moments (the first 5 episodes can be very creepy).

Kurozuka, which just started, is fairly creepy.

The Kara no Kyoukai Movies (I, II, III, IV, and a Fifth movie recently released as well as a sixth along the way).

Perfect Blue can be quite horrifying.

Maybe Kemonozume.

Vampire Princess Miyu has got an OVA and a TV series. I'd recommend only the OVA, as the series distills a bit of the more serious tone with quirky characters and hijinks. Not bad, but probably not the OP's cup of tea.

Seconding Elfen Lied and Mnemosyne, as well.

I'll second Perfect Blue. It's a great mind trip and it has some memorably creepy imagery.
