One moment doesn't make this a RenRuki movie.

Everything that's been shown about the movie has highlighted stuff between Ichigo and Rukia and their bond with one another.

Stuff from fanclubs in 2ch (like the radio interview that was "on" the Bleach Beat CD) is purely speculation. I'd wait until the movie actually comes out and we get some reviews than going on rumors that strangely contradict what we've been told.

This movie going to rock!! The movie hasn't come out yet but the trailers show many IchiRuki moments. I like IchiRuki very much and they seem a better coupling then others.

imo everything is open, nothing is real/true/whatever as the Mangaka still has every possibility to pair up his chars and didn't gave us a 100% confirmation regarding all those ships -> therefore I will fight every "a+b=fact." statement and will gladly read every single interpretation ppl come up with as everyone has a different understanding of glances, symbolism, atmosphere, LOVE... -> the whole romance debate relies heavily on people's interpretations and what ppl want to see

of course I have some bias too, like:

- I don't want to see Ichigo in love or having a girlfriend
- I want Orihime to find a partner and I want her to confront Ichigo with her feelings
- Renji should become more like a man and shouldn't lurk at Ichigo's level(stupid boys!), this guy is not only muuuch older, he also resembles a early/mid-20ies man, not a 15yo boy

Sorry about being negative, I'm only trying to be realistic with having modest expectations. I have to say I'm now really looking forward to seeing it. I have to admit I would lol hard when it turns out to be as bad as it's prequels with all that hype going on

It doesn't matter when you watch it. It won't have any bearing on Bleach's main storyline. Then again. I did see something that was kind of spoiler but I doubt you will notice it.


If it's about Shikai's, Bankai's, and Kidou Spells. Then wait till after Episode 63. 64-109 are fillers and nothing will happen that will affect the main storyline. 109 picks up from the manga. If you like to read I would suggest you read it. It's better that way. The anime is color and they are walking and talking.
