I shall elaborate on Hunter's very concise reply that ended with a question mark by exploring one possiblity of why he might wanted to leap up side down.

Remember the time Naruto couldn't get out of the bathroom because he had some bad milk? Logic dictates, what has happened once, could happened twice. Naruto had some bad milk and after running several time to the bathroom, he had this burning sensation in his "ass" or "shit" hole. There was no time to apply those soothing gel because the upcoming situation developed too quickly to allow him to "do some gellin'' or the fact Naruto universe doesn't have any such thing as soothing gel. Naruto as he is with his quick thinking capability and all, used the flow of air too soothe his burning "ass" or "shit" hole. Being up side down was the practical thing to do to capture the maximum resistance of the air flow. You might ask, "But why, oh why, didn't he take off his pants also?" Good question. Write a letter to Kishimoto. If you don't get any good answer, I will be more than happy to elaborate the content of the letter.

By the way, which one sounds better? "Shit hole" or "Ass hole"? Bleh! I am going to bed. And its Hunter's fault for leaving an answer too short which needed elaborating. I don't think the Wild and Crazy theory club can do better.

I think they did-the screen went black- but at the end, the guy who does Oro's part just kept speaking cause he was anxious. Then the fansubs just heard it and placed it up there -_-;
