Looks like Yuma-san has confirmed in today's Sendenman event that the broadcast starts tonight (UTC+9). From what I've read, he said there won't be another delay. He also said he'll do live reporting on the status once the encoding starts in previous AkibaBlog's post.

…I half-expect another delay, though.

I will go with six or even five hours of sleep for this. Just tell me when to set my alarm.

... which means I should be in bed right now as opposed to here. XD

Okay alarm set to 7 hours from this post! Think that'll be early enough?

What time is this airing? Relative to now? It's kind of annoying to filter things through timezones.

Depends on where you live at. Episode should air on 4 am today if the episode indeed airs on UTC-9. Episode 13 thread created.

I said "relative to now" specifically to avoid this kind of answer. sirn gave me what I wanted, but thanks anyway.

Updates from official blog.

Since the video editing is a bit late than expected, it'll be past 24:00 (JST) by the time the encoding finishes.

Woke up late, but judging by the lack of news it hasn't aired yet...

I'm trying to get on the site, but it must be experiencing hellish traffic. Pages load... eventually... but dang, they might need that backup server.

It's 20 minutes to midnight in Japan, isn't it? 13 hours difference from where I am IIRC...

I bet they can't even update the site.
The thread in 2ch is also very amazing, posting at the speed of 1,000 posts an hour.

Updates (rather, Yuma's mini-Twitter):
19:57 - Arrives at the editing room. (It is really cold outside...)
20:00 - Editing the uploaded composited-cuts.
20:40 - PC used for editing looks so fast!
21:07 - Added the password for B-part.
22:00 - The server was down, can't update the blog... there's already 500,000 access today. Hanekawa boobs!
22:20 - All composition are done, finalizing editing.

...and the server continues to down until now (00:55). I'm sure they're currently encoding the video...

Oh yeah! Daylight Savings time put us back an hour over here.

Thanks as always for the info, sirn. Server, down huh... um, will it marginally help if I remove myself from the list of people trying to get on the site and hitting F5? XD

Update:
01:30 - Final check. There are two editors, four Shaft's staffs and four Aniplex's staffs in the editing room staring at the screen. The keyword is "it is today until I go to sleep!"

Update on the blog is that they are finalizing the editing as of 1:30am and have 20 eyes looking at it. The keywords are "Until we sleep, it's still today!!!". They're server is getting hammered.

I got sniped by sirn!
