Not Gundam SEED but actually the original (0079)
Quote:
During its conceptual phase, the series was titled Freedom Fighter Gunboy, or simply Gunboy for the gun the robot was armed with, and the primary target demographic were shōnen (boys). In the early production stages, there were numerous references to the word "freedom": the White Base was originally "Freedom's Fortress", the Core Fighter was the "Freedom Wing", and the Gunperry was the "Freedom Cruiser". The Yatate team combined the English word "gun" with the last syllable of the word "freedom" to form the name Gundom. Tomino then changed it to the current title, suggesting that Gundam signified a powerful unit wielding a gun powerful enough to hold back enemies, like a hydroelectric dam holding back floods

Nope, but Fukuda did want to call it "Gundam Sin", which was shot down because they thought it wouldn't sell in the west (turns out that "Gundam Seed" wouldn't either)

Who else besides Scirocco who is badass enough to never wear a Normal(Space) Suit during a MS battle in space?

Char, originally. Haman Khan, I think. The cast of G Gundam, Heero Yuy for the most part, as well as the rest of the Gundam Pilots and Zechs as Zechs

I can't 100% remember, though i'm sure we never see Harry Ord in a space suit, though he didn't need to with those awesome star shapes themed pajamas.

I just checked, and no, Haman in fact does not wear a space suit in Zeta. She makes up for it by wearing that "ridiculous space suit from ZZ."

Why does it have to be normal ones anyway? That makes no sense.

A 'normal suit' is what Nvis was asking, but probably meant a 'pilot suit', being the space suits worn by pilots, while normal suits are "A traditional space suit used for extravehicular activities, so named to distinguish it from mobile suits. The normal suit includes life-support and communications equipment, and can be fitted with a vernier backpack for zero-gravity maneuvering."

Did anyone find why there are "Ibrahim" and "Ismail" in Gundam 00. Could Setsuna and Marina was named after prophets Abraham and Ishmael. Muslims believed Abraham was going to slaughter Ishmael and not Isaac as Christians and Jews believed.

To what ep will the SE2 cover? Will it cover Anew's betrayal? As there are already screens for Gadess.

Did you mean SEIII, the special edition that will cover Gundam 00 from season 2 episode 14 onwards to the finale?

So that Gadess screen is for SE3? Talk about delaying release

I'm at a tough choice here. I've been downloading the Gundam shows that I haven't seen yet, and I've got two downloaded and ready to watch. I just can't decide which to see first...

Gundam X

or Victory Gundam?

Those two shows can be watched in either order, in my opinion. But I'd go with x first since it has fewer episodes, as I recall.

If you'll choose V Gundam, you must watch 2-3-4-1-5... order. (Episode 1 is flashforward)
