Technically there are no actual boobs present, only an illusion of boobs. This is because the back of the KMF was made empty. The prototype sketch does have boobs, which is why it was changed in the final design. The final design had a single discreet block of structure for the chest that was angled to give the silhouette of breasts, but otherwise looks realistic for a war machine.

Well if only Shirley hadn't shot her and caused Villetta to not make it out of the battle field in time thus loosing her memories she would have never met Oughi and fell in love thus leading to the eventual betrayal of the Black Knights.
