With most of the ESF fleet destroyed I'd imagine an effort to replace personnel and materials lost. The whole incident would probably speed up colony development as well. Six billion people as sitting ducks with nowhere to go in an extinction event. The ESF president reminded me of the Earth Alliance president in B5 In the Beginning ordering the fleet for one final stand to save the human race from annihilation. Plus there is a potential conflict of Innovators and normals. This reminded me of B5 telepaths. But here it seems that administration was prompt in trying to integrate the potential Innovators rather than segregate them. |

Okay. The movie I saw initially had it's file slightly damaged so I didn't get to see what was really going on but now I found out it was a movie within a movie. That makes sense...
Well, a quarter of humanity are innovators and possibly the number would keep on growing so there might not be that much of a conflict if given enough time almost all if not all of humanity become innovators.

Setsuna: Hey Marina...
Marina: Yes? Setsuna: So...since you and I are a pair now...and I'm still hot enough to turn my ELS side red with extreme sexyness...can I... Marina: Can you what? Setsuna: Well can I use my awesome ELS powers to make you hot and young again? Marina: But we love each other and are getting married, isn't that enough? Setsuna:Uh...hey look behind you, it's a mobile suit with an ACTUAL WEAPON! *cue events of manga ending* |

Hmm well..my impressions...Graham had an irritating underwhelming death.Feldt got trolled again.
Billy acts like a school anime virgin in front of a Nena v3 slut despite being with Sumeragi for 3 years was it? between seasons. Ending is a bit out there...Shaman was added just to kick the bucket halfway.. The best part of the movie were the aliens themselves and the memories of the dying of their solar system had a nice impact. Also nice Hallelujah badass moments although when he was talking to himself while piloting was a bit hilariuos. I would totally sit in Marie's place and laugh my ass off just listening to him. Zebanya was totally badass. p.s. Movie had yet another great song by Ishikawa Chiaki.
