Loveline immediately reminded me of that book, so I think it is supposed to be that. I didn't remember Magical Witch detective was the one with the Twilight joke though. I mean... that doesn't make sense. Now I'm curious what the original description of the book was.

Just how many big names did they use as cameos in this episode?! Daisuke Ono, Ayana, Sakurai, Hikaru, Jouji were only those I could name, but I swear I heard all those extras as protagonists before!!

I think it was commenting on the story being cliche in the Japanese version, but I'm not too sure about that. I wonder if they'll change that comment in Golden if Loveline is supposed to be Magical Witch Detective.

Hmmm, the simulcast is now going to be delayed a day (and the way I read the announcement it sounds like it's because of troubles on both ends, maybe the Japanese production is so down to the wire that they aren't giving the English staff enough time to translate and time the episode for the simulcast?). Not that this is a problem for me thankfully, almost all my shows this season are airing earlier in the week so it'd be nice to have something to watch on Friday/Saturday.
