Well, because the manga is translated slow, only up to chapter 19, while the lastest raw is chapter 31. At page 16 and 17 of translated chapter 19 (throught those last pages are not translated), you will see AK-74.

I can't read the moonrunes for CV. Who is it? For a moment I was thinking Koshimizu Ami, but the moonrunes do not match either.
