Think of the 3 major harems since i dont consider SAO i harem from what ive read. Dakara Boku we have a perv whose honest but doesnt seem to have any romantic interest. Hagure Yuusha we have a guy whose a perv honest but also has a good side that he rarely shows. Kono Hitori we have a guy who comes straight out of the yuuki rito school of harem leads but that might be more situation then anything

I'm probably in minority, but comparing first 3 episodes of anime to first 10 chapters of the manga... anime is much better.

Their magic actually looks interesting (especially in Kyuuru's case). That combined with great animation makes action look really good. They also spared us from that horrible power-up in the fight with Kyuuru. I'm generally hoping they will somehow change/balance MC's powers, since ch10 of the manga almost made me drop this series.

I usually hate it when anime isn't following the source material closely, but if LNs are the same as manga then in this case I'm all for those changes.

Sure, episode 3 was pretty much following the same scenario as episode 2, but thanks to that we are done with introducing main characters in just 3 episodes.

Really fun series overall. Even if very generic.

Oh, and Kyuuru looks great in anime. Those gradient hair look amazing.

Hmm, looks like most of the fans in japan dropped this show after episode 1 apparently. I think the show is pretty good, but it looks like one of the scenarios I thought would happen did. When some of the local fans saw that the YnS staff was returning they thought, wow, unexpected raunchy scenes outside of H, awesome, but since it didn't happen, they dropped it. I agree with Iromaru though, I find the animé adaptation much more interesting than the manga.

I can't blame them, Max. This anime is pretty generic and doesn't look promising in episode 1. I was being a little generous and followed this until its 3rd eps before finally drop it coz, well, like I said before, it's pretty boring imo. There's already a lot of anime/manga like this and some offer more than just ecchi, tits, & fights. The only special thing from this series I think is just the openly perverted MC but even that isn't that interesting for me.

Anyway, for you who indeed enjoy this series, have fun with the following episodes coz I'm bailing out

It's ok Oby. Looks like not even the YnS staff's glorious animation can't even fix generic. I bet most of their believers are sitting in their rooms crying over the fact that there's no risqué scenes like YnS.

I know that, but there are some fans that focused more on who was making the animation than on the fact that it's a light novel.

Could you teach me master wagnerr, to know which polls I am to trust, and which to cast aside?

@Kyouka: Looks like they're learning from Yabuki, the next big thing isn't boobs, it's legs, or at least ass to calves since that's where the fluff is-v-;;. So, since I'm new to the series, does anyone know what direction they may take now? Episode 3 made me think, Ryosuke: Fukumune Iria, GETTO DA ZE! Would you like to nickname Fukumine Iria?
