That appears to be AveMarian of M3 Animation Box (Mamama no Douga-Bako). http://m3animationbox.sakura.ne.jp/avemarian.html

It was chosen as "The Best of [Doujin] Brainwashing Movies" on the January issue of Netrunner Magazine.

Due to copyright reasons, they could not put in the OP soundtrack, but you can do that yourself by downloading the 15MB wmv file, and ripping track 2 of NEON GENESIS EVANGELION 2 CD and encode it yourself using Windows Media encoder.

Is this link working? When I click on it, there is this pitch dark screen with some Japanese words but nothing happen.
