Why would they? The previous two Darkness OVAs were full of nudity and we didn't have to wait months for an uncensored release, it was like that from the start.

Kiss x Sis OVAs do not have nipples because the manga does not show them either!

It was a joke revan^^;;. I meant that, if TLR wanted to show actual H scenes like KissXSis does, dry humping a marker and a bear's nose for example, they would have to sacrifice the nipples since, like you said, both manga and animé version of KxS have no nipples, which I find kinda ironic since Juuden-chan was made by the same author and there are nipples there.

OVA'S don't have the light censors like they do in the anime. They're cut down quite a bit if you look at the previous OVA's

He's right though, the Mikan scenes are all censored even in the BDs and the OVAs. I'd still like to see those chapters animated because they were pretty funny. Not exactly sure what they can or can not show...

At least the TV version wasn't censored with big beams of light from nowhere like Tlr Darkness here.

Well Iam guessing since the anime is "animated" they lessen ecchi on the girls and the manga though pushes the boundaries of ecchi.
