And since that's the only reason he's in the tournament, he's fine giving up so that they can move on. Not that Sei and Reiji are going to live with that

Episode 21 is likely the start of the fight with Aila. I wonder if either she or Yuuki will get two episodes each for their fights? Or, otherwise, episodes 23-26 will all be endgame?

Well, by that point both Gunpla would be pretty messed up, but yeah, it won't end well for Exia, but that's mostly because of Plot Armor

As much as I would love for a season 2, with the current anime climate I have my doubts it will happen.

So here's hoping that Build Fighters can have a satisfying conclusion that we can all look fondly on

The kits are supposedly selling, that is all Bandai really cares about with Gundam series... It's the same way as any merch driven series like Precure and such.

Remember Gundam got canceled but sold kits thus the movies were made then Zeta.

@Raso, I'm glad to hear that the Build Fighters kits are selling. Hopefully having the series do well in terms of merchandise will inspire Sunrise to continue it in some form in the future

Yeah, I'm leaning towards that theory. While Aila has had some...interesting times with Reiji I don't think she's in a position to commit any real act of betray towards Team Nemesis. Much more likely that somehow her identity is revealed after her win. I kind of hope it goes that way since I'd really like to see Reiji's reaction. Have gotten a lot of emotional reactions from Aila when it comes to Reiji, but it would be a good chance to get a great reaction from his side.

Would be nice to see more from this. It's been really fun to see all the various Gundams and the characters are good. Really surprised me how good it's been.

Yeah, I wish they make a second season in the future. This series although it may look childish for some viewers, it is a great success.
