I like how it's still different from Stern. Personally i find Black and Gold cooler than Black and Purple. Plus i like more Nanoha's venturing expression rather than Stern's unexpressive one.

I don't think so. He gives off the shady evil character look. Possibly Wendi and the sisters that weren't imprisoned will not be associated with him while Uno quatrro due and tre will be associated with Dr. Scaglati.

I think it's photoshopped. That said, it's likely referencing that the Tsukimura family in Triangle Hearts 3 were vampires.
