I suppose it's for the mobility of Quickdraw, the relative tankiness, Smoke Grenade to handle the increasingly close range fights/kites and something with wave clear? I'm not convinced about Graves yet. Frankly, I'm ticked off the pros are refusing to acknowledge the positive changes to Miss Fortune. She is a real beast at the moment.
What I'm more interested in is what Riot have flagged as the next champion: Spoiler for Next time, you get my back!:
Gragas's brother? Defender of Poros? Manliest champ to hit LoL? Whatever he is, I'm instabuying him the moment he goes live if he is an upcoming champ. THIS is a man!

And mobility isn't the key reason. It's because of how safe and good both of them are at seiging relative to other ADCs on top of their mobility.

IMO she's good at carrying the game; can farm and zone adequately (with the exception of hard counters) but her ult can make the most out of AoE CC skills (flash box/bullet time is the most recent I can remember, with her passive MS helping her walk around the baron pit to set it up with Thresh). In competitive matches though, I can only imagine triple doran's MF, courtesy of Genja shenanigans

Just a lane bully??
Miss Fortune is one of the best lane/turret smashers. If you want someone to do a quick hit and run, she is amazing. Last game I played with her, I dared to sneak top with her in a crazy match that the other team went 5 mid in a perma-heal strat and was the weirdest match I'd ever been in. Pulled off a 90 second hit and run that netted inner turret, inhibitor turret, inhibitor and a nexus turret. Single-handedly swung the momentum of the game. Yes, MF is more vulnerable than some other carries. But if you're telling me Bullet Time and Double Up aren't decent siege weapons, you're dreaming. Furthermore, the changes to Bullet Time and more importantly, Impure Shots, allow her to stay up there for longer. We'll see what happens after Riot gives Lucian a bit of a swipe. I doubt they're just going to let Lucian appear in nearly every single match for months on end after how much he's been spammed all split and particularly in these playoffs. Seeing AD people that can only play Lucian and maybe one other is getting stupid. Rekkles, Doublelift, Imp, Score, Raydere, Wildturtle - they certainly mix it up. Friend linked me an interesting site that shows ranked stats on the Korean server. And the major LoL sites are in agreeance Braum - aka the guy in Trials of the Poro - will be the next new champion. He is officially named in the NA forums. Supposedly he is based on the design of a proposed character called Angus from 2012. He is allegedly going to be pure tank. Confirmed he is man-mode to the max. Most I've looked forward to a new champ since Jinx. Edit - Hilarious that through the EU/NA splits, no one got a penta in the regular season, then come playoff time, suddenly 3 appear out of nowhere. Doublelift's on Jinx just now was quite impressive.

Both are so called "AD caster" marksmans. Both have AS steriods, but lowest tier base AS of Marksmen with low AS per level. Both have escapes with similar ranges. Both have low auto-attack range. They're fairly similar champions, it is part of the reason that corki-graves-ezreal was the trinity of ADCs in late S2, and I feel Ezreal outclasses Grave, there is a reason Korea was running Ezreal still until fairly recently.

Anyone who scales well with Attack Speed or have inbuilt attack speed steroids are good Feral Fire junglers. My opinion of the strongest are:
Xin Zhao Nocturne Warwick Jax Reason being in additon they can gank/pick off people out of position as well as farm. Other champs that can work but have inferior ganks/picking people off out of position: Master Yi Tryndamere Udyr Trundle Shyvana Last edited by Pocari_Sweat; 2014-04-21 at 20:33. |

Spectre is a good comparison, although nocturne ult doesnt give vision to all enemies like spectre does. It does the opposite though by denying enemy champions of vision.
Nocturne is a midgame beast and is arguably the best jungler at picking off people out of position. He thrives in small skirmishes (1v1, 2v2 maybe 3v3) and is a good duellist in the mid levels. His core build is Feral flare or Lizard Elder + blade of the ruined king then builds tanky after that. Or skip the Blade if you are not doing well. He's not the best in straight up 5v5 teamfights so try to avoid them if you can. Last edited by Pocari_Sweat; 2014-04-21 at 21:56. |

I'm in scrub tier. Proper 5 v 5 engagements are like 2 players (on either side) doing something and the rest randomly clicking everywhere (I'm exaggerating)
But yeah, ganking should be easy at my tier. Nobody wards, like ever.
