God Usopp having the highest bounty was awesome. Though his followers turning on him in an instant was kind of upsetting. Hope Chinjao and Cavendish side with the Straw Hats.

Barto's fangirl antics were great again. I totally want him to join the crew or maybe the revolutionary army.

Disappointed that Fujitora still won't go after Dofla.

Regarding Dofla's power, how can the birdcage cut off communications? Also he even made a giant tv screen! He certainly seems to have fully mastered his pwer, but still it seems op.

At least Rebecca finally knows the truth about Kyros.

Was Law lying to Luffy about keeping Dofla alive? Wasn't he trying to kill him before he got destroyed and captured? Lol how he Luffy takes him along with his cuffs still on.

I hope Fujitora has a plan, otherwise that would mean he's retarded. It should be obvious to him Doflamingo doesn't intend to let anybody who knows his secret leave, certainly not the marines.

Luffy having a bounty lower than his actual bounty is cheap on Doflamingo's part. Ussop having the highest bounty is hilarious though. Even Luffy found that funny.

Is Kyros 1 or 2 stars? The chapter is inconsistent on that point.

It's the most awesome thing in OP for me right now, because it's the prelude to Buggy vs Usopp, a tale of unlimited epicness

Do note that, while Buggy's comic relief was taken as far as earning him a shichibukai slot, the entire system is on the verge of collapsing, so Oda can make it a meaningless title without any extreme twists. I expect Usopp's fame to have a plot counter set up at some point as well (but it's still funny while it counts).

Kanjurou is Kinemon's friend, and the reason why they joined Luffy to Dressrosa if I remember correctly.

As far as Fujitora goes, I'm pretty sure that the reason why he isn't on the warpath for Dofla right now is because he's currently more concerned with quelling the rioting citizens. He's already said on more that one occasion that he considers the civilians' safety to be the greatest priority, after all. Dofla is also aware of this, so in a way, you could say that the Birdcage is a perfect distraction for the admiral.....



....And of course, still hoping that Usopp's 500 million bounty is a permanent one.

Usopp really broke Donflamingo's ambitions.
