err. wow @ episode 11.
I think this is the first episode I legitimately enjoy from an action perspective.
The rest I'm just laughing at the excessive suffering and "look at the racism!" moments.

Cracked up when Hilda was like "WHATTTT?" with a big mouth and just goes "well, yea that's something you do"

Loved the way Ange picked up and threw her off.

For me, it was just only some kind of stockholm syndrom, were she felt a little bit sorry for her, and maybe development some kind of feelings to endure Zola's "fondlesessions".
But she actually never felt really comfortable, what you can clearly see in Episode 2 (Look especialy at the Sexscene with her and Zola, Hilda looks like she wanted to scream for help or something like this, but didn't do it, because nothing would change after all).
Same goes to Chris and Rosalie, and I still don't understand why they actually sorrowed for Zola? If you look at episode 2 again, you can clearly see that Zola only abused them, there was never real love.
Well you can say, they need something to tease Ange but they actually really sorrowed for Zola.

Regarding Hilda, that could be it yeah. As for Chris and Rosalie, I think they're just desperate for affection and protection, which isn't surprising given the tough environment. And like Hilda, Zola took advantage of them too. Rosalie acts tough, but she's not that strong. Her profile says she's a weak pilot and survives by hanging on to people who are stronger than her. Chris is timid and kind of the same. Which is why they got attached to Zola and Hilda, who were more dominant. When Zola died, they lost their "support". I wanna know more about Zola's background, like where she got her scars and how she lost her eye.

As for why the Dragon didn't manipulate Emma properly, like I said on the last page, it might've been unintentional. Also, the Dragon seems like an infant (Scuna/Schooner) so it might not be that experienced in controlling its powers yet. What the Dragon said through Emma (well, if it was the Dragon) was kinda childish as well. It was weird though, I hope they explain that moment.

Would make sense, and I even figured out the same shit. But it would be nice, if there would be some "guy" who would talk about that shit. But better not, because I think Sunrise would screw it.
And Zola's background, maybe she was also a Norma who wasn't send to Arzenal as a toddler/baby, maybe she was send about the same Age as Ange or Hilda, and she got raped from some police officers, or her own father. But well, Zola is dead, so there would be no use for her background anymore.

Anyways, I thought this show didn't have any promise at the beginning. Now I'm getting into it proper. This show is so absurd and exploitative, but it's really entertaining for me lol. I didn't expect to like the show this much.

It might be some kind of synchronization. The dragon was in a room full of enemies, so Emma saw herself in a room full of enemies.

So the guy dragon shows up in the intro, the one with the black paramail. im going to say ange is kidnapped. some time in the next two episodes before we get another rescue mission, to the other dimension.

It's no surprise given that Fukuda is responsible for the Gundam SEED series, but on the other hand... Something tells me that Ange and Sala are reincarnated versions of both Kira and Athrun, respectively!

Nope Toei better known for QUALITY and terrible remakes. That according to Fukuda is more a bunch of homages to various shows and to show how it's a predetermined event that is occurring the multiverse of potential worlds.

I wouldn't say control...but her shots weren't really damaging it to begin with and she was more of a danger to the people than the dragon itself.

Speaking of which did anyone notice a rogue dragon running around in the base? It was weird...it was acting almost...human...(Like it was scratching its head and then acting shocked when fired on). This is the preview.

Wouldn't they risk getting in trouble for using property that's not theirs? Didn't Shirobako get in trouble for making a parody of Ideon?

Also, with Dragon Princess being Ange's soul mate...does that mean Tusk is just gonna be her servant?
