It is already hinted that the anime will only cover a single volume since the episode names until 6 are revealed.

The sixth episode will adapt the start of chapter 3 from the first volume.

Maybe the studio is going to milk Rokka but there is a huge problem, the stalker points shows how the adaptation isn't really popular, also the QUALITY is getting worse and worse each episode. I hope the BD's fix that.

If you look at those titles, the first novel would end at episode 6 or 7.

But I went to check myself, this week's episode really stopped at the end of Ch02 of 5 of Vol01.
The pacing seems to be going at 2 episodes per chapter, making it at least 10 episodes per the whole of Vol01. And the series is 12 episodes...

Pretty much the way I imagined it. The rest of the episodes should be adapting volume 1's epilogue and then continue to the start of volume 2 (and also showing that volume's cliffhanger prologue).

At this rate, I won't be surprised if the twist in Rokka no Yuusha is that everyone is technically the seventh. Whatever happened during the previous cycles, or even as a natural result of the system]s age has resulted in the old system disintegrating, malfunctioning, and vulnerable to manipulation from Kyoma - and gods and even humans with an agenda. Everyone is someone elses sleeper agent, and this whole cycle has been a gambit pileup.

No, she escapes, and she's technically not the 7th, just an impostor. They get into a conflict with her later, but she is still alive up to the current volume if I recall correctly.

Not always. It's clear Adlet wasn't thinking properly in volume 4 when it came to the corpse soliders, for example.
