She is absolutely not a hypocrite - words have many meanings, and in her case "disgusting" addressed to a guy is a compliment, denominating someone she wants as her S master.

vol. 4 gave me a different impression though. Usually the narrative would leave some subtle hints that she doesn't REALLY mean it negatively when talking badly about Kazuma, but I didn't really notice any such subtle hints in that volume.

About Aqua this is another thing which anime hadn't explained "right", they left a lot of things without proper explanation.

Her problem so far is she is like Megumin, she has only one "heal" and weak spell, she expended all her new "points" or which "offensive spell or which useless "tricks"(that is why kazuma say she is the master of useless tricks) instead of improve her "heal power' to be more usefull she just take a random path and keep getting "useless" things for healers.

Aqua is actually pretty much a cheat - she has near infinite mana and she can destroy undead like no other. And she got so many points right from the start, she got everything from Arch Priest, including Party Tricks.
(Which means no matter how much she levels up, she is not going to get any stronger...)

Aqua's problem is her low wisdom, as well as personality and her special bodily characteristic that attracts undead.

Aqua will get stronger but her stats won't improve but she can get skill points. Furthermore let me correct you on one thing She max out and got all the Henkaigei skills and then she got all the skills for High priest.

She can get more skill points - but she has nowhere to put them in:

"My skill points were bountiful at the beginning, enough to learn all the Banquet Party Tricks and all the skills of an Arch priest".

dont forget aqua's divine artifact the hagoromo. since she is a former something she really is op. she has resurrection, max heal and a large pool of mana which we havent seen being depleted so far.

if she wasn't such a big irresponsible idiot, she might've carried the whole team already.

She can carry the whole team as a priestess, remember it is only Kazuma who ever dies and he gets resurrected by her every time. Nobody else even gets a scratch, except that bit at the end of Vol 3, but even that ended with no deaths. Also remember the end of Vol 1 where she resurrected all the adventurers who were killed.

Only thing is she has no attacks except god blow and god requiem. In fact, none of them have offensive power except Megumin, but her CD is way too long.

Her physical attack is OP too... as long as doesn't go full Leeroy Jenkins on blunt resistent frogs, that is.

You can see in the pics that the 1st and 2nd picture Vanir has round ears while the last picture has pointy ears. So the 1st and 2nd picture might really be Kazuma.
