All that circus acts and flying from the new opening reminds me of the current Yu-gi-oh ARC-V's opening. I kinda wished they introduced Pearl Fey with the game music though.

Well the opening confirms that only the tutorial case will be skipped. So I guess there will be no third game adaptation ever.

Episode 15:

Karuma Mei is funny. First character I've seen using a whip in a courtroom..

Looks like Chihiro made another ghostly cameo again. I wonder if we'll see more of her this season with her ghostly advice. This case has been alright so far, seems like it's trying out some new ideas.

I'm out. There's really no point in watching this adaptation if you've already played the game.

I'll come back if they ever adapt the fourth game and upward.

I've continued to watch it and enjoy it as a sort of recap of the games. It's no substitute for actually playing the games, but it's enjoyable enough. It is comfort food entertainment, really.

It still amazes me that the artwork feels cheaper than the game's, which at this point was being done on the GBA. About the only thing better animated was Franzisca von Karma's/Mei Karuma's bow.

It never bothered me in the games, but those confetti at the end of the trial are really festive.
