to me,subtext me although no official confession towards each other,but as long as they are very very close and both of them don't have anyone they like,i call this subtext.

For another Subtext anime I would recommend is Read Or Die TV series. Its actually somewhere inbetween subtext and shoujo-ai.

Strawberry Panic = no story. Though the cute girls counter all of the horribleness, hahahah ^_^.

Although I don't agree with you when you say that Strawberry Panic has no story, it does indeed have some naughty stuff in there. What with all the lesbians making out and all?
