dear lord.. my Denji X Power is actually real? it is actually more like siblings relationship

It is kinda hard to grasp Denji's character growth.. sometimes, he looks silly but after this battle, he could reject Makima's suggestion in very reason explanation
not sure if Angel Devil or Aki would resign. I think they might find some way to fight

Poor Shark-dude though.. Denji should grieve more to his biggest fan there

Realistic character growth in my shounen?! Awesome! Love how Fujimoto subverted expectations, what could have been a titillating scene from some other author, here it feels real and surprisingly wholesome too. And seriously, I love Denji, Power and Aki dynamics, in this chapter even more so. They’re all growing up!

The feels in this latest chapter!. I love how Fujimoto makes use of silence to develop characters; he did this with the Makima/Denji film scene, and now here. Awesome!

What an awesome improvement... you've done well, Aki

I think Aki started to be afraid of losing his new "family"
so far, he has lost them twice... He'll never let this one disappeared as well

Aki realized that if he decided to participate, Denji and Power will join to chase Gun Devil as well, even if it doesn't concern them at all
Aki would not drag them into his own revenge game

Not suprised by the direction the plot took. This is this mangakas style. He made the same thing in Fire Punch too.

While it ups the scale of the fight, it doesnt increase the powerlevel. Gun Devil is officially not the big enemy anymore but a mac guffin that the main crew has to collect. What makes this twist a lot better than in his previous works is that this one makes a lot of sense and explains how a relatively un-feared devil became strong enough to cause death all over the world.

Once this turns into a anime im 100% certain fans will say she is the far superior version of esdeath.

Esdeath is still identifiable as a human with human character traits, feelings, goals etc.

He's abandoning the Gun Devil expedition because he's afraid something might happen to Denji and Power. Kishibe remarks he's become normal, which as we know is not a good thing in this line of work. Power has pretty much fully recovered, it was nice to see. __________________

She said it was okay for him not to participate, but that Denji and Power would because they're under her supervision, forcing him to participate as well. It turns out the Gun devil has already been defeated with the pieces of his body being divided up among the big nations. The real purpose of the mission is for Japan to obtain the Gun devil to increase their power. That's not the kicker though. Aki gets a vision from the Future devil. When Aki confronts him about it, he claims this is a future that Aki can't prevent no matter what: Denji will betray Aki and Power and kill them with his own hands, and once he does, the devil that even devils fear will be reborn. __________________

He won't be allowed to wipe out Gun Devil Not sure at why Denji slaughtered Power and Aki.. but one thing for sure, we'll meet worse devil than Darkness and Gun in upcoming arc Scary... we're going to see more disgusting thing again

Given the power of persuasion she displayed here, I kinda think she'll be the one forcing Denji to kill Aki and Power in order to fully awaken Chainsaw. __________________
