Not necessarily true. I bought both gungrave and outlaw star for $20 each, boxset on ebay and they both have 3 discs. Subbed and dubbed in english. If those are bootlegs, then it's excellent quality.

I was a Miki supporter from the beginning. She was by far my favorite. Too bad she had the least chance of all the girls.

She was by far the most mentally stable. Add to her unbelievable beauty, and it was love at first sight for me.

Yup, absolutely right. The use of the manga cover was sort of a "nice touch", though.

Also bootlegs, definitely. You won't see 26-episode anime series on 3 discs.

In any case, Suzuka's retail status is simple seeing as it hasn't been licensed. If anything offers English subtitles, it's a bootleg, so please don't be deceived.

My guess would be that's a bootleg as well; however, it might not be. Note that I pointed out more than just the 26 episodes per three discs. I've never actually seen a series that was released with that many episodes on a disc legitimately. The Gungrave collector's set I see on Amazon is seven discs (which is what I'd expect) and both Outlaw Star boxed sets look to have six discs (also kind of normal). Three discs means you probably paid for a better produced American bootleg.

It is a bootleg since I saw people selling them in Australia. You wont be able to find any company brand/name on it, plus they have better packaging than pirate. Suzuka anime has not been released in English yet, only Japanese DVD of 9 volumes.

Yeah this was a great show, i can watch it over and over. Kakasensai, i recckon u love it more then me which is hard lol.

I think Miki will have a comeback. It just does not make sense why would the manga author have a special chapter for miki and yamato development, and not go anywhere with it eventually.

This is the ideal love it or hate it anime. lol... i watched it all in a row, but i absolutely hated the main characters but i loved honoka. Does anyone else agree that suzuka is a horrible byatch?? watching her and yamato was ridiculously frustrating...

I felt bad for everyone who was around Suzuka. Yamato's feelings are played with by suzuka since she can not grow up...let me hint him on, oh wait i dont like you. The Honoko likes Yamato but she gets screwed over because suzuka still hints at Yamato
