Nothing official so I refuse to believe it for now. But Murata Yusuke says it's real, FWIW.

If this is real - is this 4 chapters for now, or 4 and that's the end?

Honestly, I think I'd even welcome just ONE new chapter after a hiatus at this point, lol.

But at the very least, I hope Togashi is doing alright. I'm still saddened by Miura's passing.... I'm not too keen on losing another of my favorite authors anytime soon.

Frankly, I didn't think he was going to come back this time. This was the longest hiatus by far, with zero news for years. I don't even remember what the last chapter was about.

Let's not kid ourselves, Togashi will never finish this manga unless he miraculously gets healed or he throws away his pride and gets someone else to do the art (I couldn't care less who draws HxH as long as he keeps writing it), but I'm hoping he will at least manage to finish the whole royal family succession arc. I'm curious what's going to happen with the King Crimson guy.

Whelp, looks like I have to re-read this light novel of a manga arc again. At the very least, I come to understand the events a bit better each time I reread it, since the story is super convoluted for me.

. I'm huge fan of Togashi, I believe he's a fantastic storyteller. And he should take whatever time needed to rest because health comes first. I sincerely hope that we'll get more than just four chapters and if we don't and he does go another hiatus then he should let us know what's going on. If he doesn't believe he'll be able to finish the story then he should just give his fans a heads-up.

The whole point of that tweet was that he has 6 chapters, and needs 4 to get to ten, which is usually when he comes off hiatus (because that's a volume).

Twitter tends to scramble your username if you created it with non-Romantic characters (the @name that becomes your twitter URL). Your profile name can be in whatever language and changed at any time, but your URL/@name has to be in English alphanumeric characters.

I would know, because the same thing happened to me when I created a Twitter account in katakana and the URL didn't match at all.

Thanks for the explanation! That makes sense, URLs can't use Kanjis after all. Is it something he can change or is he stuck with this forever?

He can in the account settings, assuming he didn't forget his password (which can also happen since people can stay permanently logged in and never have to use their passwords a second time

) and the ID he wants to change it to isn't already taken.

On the other hand, some people struggle coming up with new usernames so it's also a possibility that the person doesn't care enough and can't be arsed to change it. I've been there too
