Hmm. After rereading chapter 131, I believe Yamato is beginning to understand the fundamental problem in a relationship. Listening to both Yukaan's and Sasaoka's recount of Yuukaa's confession has made Yamato realize that it has been one huge misunderstanding. If Yuukaa could just follow through by honestly expressing her feelings to the man she loves, she wouldn't have to suffer and wait for him to come around for so long. And how is Sasaoka suppose to know about Yuukan's true feelings if she's never clear cut about it. The fire stirring in Yamato's eyes shows the absurdity of the unnecessary pain caused by lack of communication.

I hope that Yamato can grow from this experience and realize that Suzuka is the one who needs to openly express her thoughts to him in order to make their relationship work. Enough of the mind games already. Only way I can see Yamato ever hooking up with Suzuka is for Suzuka to make things happen. Ugh, I hope I didn't overanalyze this chapter too much.

You can't force someone to love you. It's not about misunderstanding if he/she doesn't love you, he/she doesn't damn it.

But yes, it would be better if Yamato followed what Yuuka did at the end of this chapter.

But it was about misunderstanding. If Sasaoka had taken Yuuka's feelings seriously, he could have turned her down properly from the start. Instead, she confessed 15 times, and each time he just laughed it off. Yuuka's feelings never got through to him, so she wasn't able to give up.

When Yamato forces the issue, Sasaoka finally takes Yuuka's confession seriously, turns her down, and she is able to move on with her life.

The story seems to have a theme of "what has been said and what's REALLY being said but not told" there is a hidden clause in words and actions, especially pertaining characters like her Asahina-ness

The good level of drama in Chapter 132 brought a smile to my face - easily something i wanted to read at this given time. I have a feeling after this we won't get much Yuuka attention, though it would be nice - i believe in this manga, all the characters are just as important as each other, its been like that since the start, so hopefully it won't stop anytime soon.

umm..i have a few question,is the manga still going until now? does yamato still love suzuka?or yamato likes another girl?

Yes, the manga goes on, much further than the anime.
And in my opinion, the manga will have the "good" ending that you want. Some people in this thread would hate that ending, though.

why some people dont like suzuka?she is the main character after all,isnt she?

i myself so confused with suzuka's personality in the anime..while yamato is kind with her,she acts so cold..and when yamato angry with her,suzuka suddenly acts nice..they almost always fighting each other...
my opinion personally, i hope they dont fight again and again in the manga..
i hope they could be a romantic couple in the end..

if in the end,yamato choose another girl and not suzuka, i will ask the mangaka,"why you give the title 'SUZUKA' ??

^Psst...since the manga's title is "Suzuka", one can be 100% certain that Yamato will end up with Suzuka. Even if the latter dies. Because, erm, true love can nevar die!
