On a "serious", yeah the whole "donkan-ness" has plagued the genre for...I dunno, ever since "harem" series become a thing. One of the reasons why we see it so often (IMO at least) is also due to the lack of creativity from the authors because "How else can you continue the series if the MC is not dumb?"
In their mind, they have to make the MC a numbskull in order to create "tension" with the girls, they think that if the MC could tell the feeling of the girls, the would be no reason for the rest to make any advancement
...etc...
In other words, making the MC a dense character is an excuse to delay any major development, thus delay the "ending" of the series

i can understand that on a harem where the mc "must choose one girl", which the plot is make him interact with all girls until he finally choose one, but on a serie where he can have all of them without any problem really make things look very dumbass he don't have any "pressure" of choose one and things like that all they need to do is make one girl arc make her fall for mc, then mc fall for the girl, they develop they feelings then in the end the mc bang her for love then move to next girl, this is so simple to do and make the harem look less dumbass, if the "sale point" of the serie is the mc have his time with girls have a cock block make it look very dumbas, because at last for me if what make a serie strong is the "fap" factor then is much better watch like a "hentai" because at last the mc have his time with the girl rater than that annoying cock block, is the same of watch a porn or hentai without sex make the serie look dumb and lazy when the "sales point" is not proper explored and the mc must be blind as a bat or dumbass as a donkey in order to appear the shut in fail human type of otakus.

I'd actually be okay if the characters themselves stop before crossing the line, it also adds to their character, but cockblocking is the worst thing to do, but because it's easy to write, I guess?

to be honest for me this still a problem that "wait until X", means like i must skyp all the first season and wait for second or third or fourth until something really good start to happen, make looks dumbas follow the serie and just skip half or more than half of it because that half "was terrible" and too stupic clich, this means which the serie is only "half good", which in the end is not good.

series like school DxD where we "must wait" X for things become better when it is a improviment still something pretty bad, a serie must be good on the beginner not start bad and only in the middle or later get good at last for me.

I think Kizuna is in a situation where he has to choose all of the above, not only just one of the females.
It is essential for their survival after all.
Though Kizuna himself has no plans of romantic relationships with any of them he still has to heartxhybrid with the females anyway.
Still, it makes me wonder how Kizuna looks normal after all the things he is going through right now since episode 1, he doesn't look that stressed at all.

And there, through Chrome Inspection Tool, I found a buttload of arts of Aine, Julicia and Hayuru.
Each of them has 8 of them, and a few of them are quite lewd, going as far as having totally naked, with the typical lights covering their privates
