Episode 5 is out now.

Apparently, we won't be waiting for a month or a delay after all on the show.

Unless it's an Owari no Seraph situation, I don't see why any school would be running the apocalypse?
It depends on how much impact the war has on people's lives. If the impact is manageable humans often try to keep on living as they alway have. Being in war doesn't have to mean that the place where you live is a battlefield.

I got the impression in RErideD that the place where people where living was protected from where the fighting takes place.

What you're saying makes sense, I suppose all of the fighting is simply taking place elsewhere.
Seeing as how they have a functioning high school, then it stands to reason that this city was built before the launch of DZs.

Also, those people are living close to the corporate headquarters of the manufacturer of those robots. That place won't be destroyed. That company is profiting from all of this.

Episode 8

I think they should go back in time and undo jumping off of this cliff.

I think I should go back and watch the first episode, I don't remember this guy (Cassiel) calling Derrida.

In many ways, a fail safe to make it impossible to change the same point in time twice makes sense, assuming that the person jumping back gains new memories for every past event they alter.

Well...Mage did have the power to change the world. She had her priorities in order.
  • Secure husband.
  • Save the world.

She really worked that one to the point that she prob merged with her mother in another timeline and married Derrida instead of Nathan.

Of all things, I'm not sure I buy that Donna was made sane in the final timeline. She must have been crazy before that robot experiment to fall so far, so fast.

Vidaux must not have had that hard of a time finding the people who killed his family if Mayuka ran into his wife in the bookstore like that. Also why didn't his family die this time?

Yeah, I really have to look into that again because of what you said but also because I wasn't really paying attention during that episode revealing her past.
