Clearly this should put some finality on the FNC/EDG remake. Remakes are a fact of sports in general, people shouldn't complain, no matter who was in the lead or who was experiencing the bug.

LoL is starting to look like the Starcraft 2 Pro Scene... where every year korea dominates more and more. Hopefully it doesn't also follow the trend of the game's popularity dying because of that...

Cause they're different games. And none of the big telecom companies have dota 2 teams.

From what I understand Starcraft going to shit was more of Blizzards fault. Or is that wrong ?

Its a bit different.

Besides the fact that blizzard is terrible at making and balancing games nowadays, what mostly happened is that NA and EU basically became weaker korea. Koreans came over and took all the top spots. SC players didnt have stable incomes so the pro players dwindled. Not to mention, the west never actually liked sc2. The custom game menu was ass and tons of developers left. Not to mention, starcraft is a super infuriating game to play so people just werent interested in it after a short while. It came in on the hype that it was a national sport in korea. That fades after a while.

Its good that riot region locks to some extent. Just need a few more international events to facilitate more cross-region play.

But was it wrong? No.

Look forward to a close final, but hell probably just gonna be a 3-0 if this worlds has told us anything.

Mostly going as expected...if SKT take world's, at least I will have my pick'em points as consolation prize for the EU teams' results...their performance wasn't terrible, but definitely not world's level.

More reason for NA and EU to change its format to a BO format. Automatically trains players to be more resilient and mentally sound. The LCK league is completely different than the typical leagues with multiple instances where teams play a BO3/5 format.

A clear difference that stresses that KR teams play for worlds/tournys, while NA and EU teams play for individual games and for staying in the LCS. Monte and others have talked about this.

Lore updates on the Shadow Isles Champs. Some real far-back lore.

Also, there is an upcoming story titled "Shadow and Fortune" Regarding the events after the Bilgewater event.

We're also going to be following Graves and TF travel across Runeterra following the events of the Bilge-event.

And finally, Shurima and Mount Targon appear to be the next regions to get lore. Hype!

These adc changes are like freelo for me.
I don't think trist is gonna be on my list of go to adcs anymore but I'll be adding perhaps kog maw and miss fortune on it maybe.

5.0 attack speed kog maw with the new runnans that gives crit sounds great and crit MF bullet time is very appealing.

I'm sort of confused how exactly grave's new shell system works so im not sure about him but shooting 10 bullets out with a crit and buckshot turned into a basic attack sounds good. Corki is kind of odd with his equalizer Valkyrie LMAO. But he does half magic and half physical on all basic attacks so his mid game spike is gonna be huge.

Not sure if I like the extra reduced attack speed on jinx's rockets. Caitlyn seems good but I'm sort of afraid whether her mid game is still absolutely terrible or not. Vayne losing the base dmg on silver bolts is okay since they buffed it up to 12% true damage at max rank and added a minimum damage to it. Still not gonna play Quinn lol.

The new last whisper combined with executioner's calling or the other last whisper vs tanks are both so good. I love these choices and changes. PD will also be more duel orientated, while shiv is meant for clearing waves, rapid firecannon for sieging and runaans for teamfight. So that's good. Not sure if I will use essence reaver though even with the rework giving scaling cdr.

It's not that OG is a bad team, but their teamwork is still lacking - failed TPs, rushed plays, you name it. They had some great moments, but letting up against SKT does not go unpunished. KOO was the favourite coming into this but I expected FNC to make this series close. G1 was a decent showing but in g2 and especially in g3 they just got rolled over really hard. Spoiler for EU vs Korea: What's with EU teams just getting crushed if things are not going their way? Both OG and FNC played worse the longer the series went on. You're at WORLDS, you can't afford to lose spirit after 0-1 or 0-2.
