"Devils" do exist. But they are more of the evil spirit demonic possession type.
And the main character cast are more like a group of exorcist.

Nup, interracial offspring is impossible in this author's work
so Elf and that MC married but no offspring. That MC died of old age in 2080 and then the elf continued her journey in another world.

Well you're probably right, I'm feeling very jittery at the moment for some reason... but this novel is still a bit boring for my taste. All the side characters are boring... The MCs abilities are boring... The activities he's probably going to be doing in the future sound boring... Like killing beasts and devils with his boring abilities and beating up people who don't like him and healing some people with the heroine and shit. There's nothing really for me to be looking forward to in the future of this MC. I wish I could just erase everything that isn't raburabu with the heroine.

At first yea, he's rising up the ranks of priest while fending off monsters and suitors

When they get married in the 4th arc, suitors were gone

5th arc onwards the threats of monsters escalated and a "dragon" was fought in this arc
but lol at that dragon~ as expected of a novel where the goblins (king of zako) are pretty lol~
but the defensive battle against the dragon was epic, the entire city watched him fought the dragon in the sky, a super highspeed battle with supersonic flight and teleports
