I agree with Kuroageha, you guys are reading too much into it. Do you really think Yoshino would be blushing the way she did if she wasn't seeing Masamune? If you ask me whilst Yoshino and Masamune have gotten together, the final chapter is going to focus on Aki. You can clearly tell that she is struggling not having Yoshino around to help her so, I wouldn't be surprised if Yoshino and Masamune were planning a surprise party for her. Its gonna end with Aki being satisfied that whilst she didn't end up with Masamune she will stay remain friends and have fun together, which leads to her cutting her hair. Remember cutting your hair in Japan, is a sign of character growth and moving onto a new chapter of your life.

I will admit whilst Yoshino will end with Masamune, Aki will have had the best character growth.
