The colored outlines is something I have seen on the works of several folks here and there; The most recent one was posted in the Shuffle image thread not so long ago.

OK, is there a good tutorial on doing tracing out there somewhere? I have Photoshop and Gimp that I use for cleaning up/altering my photographs. After seeing all this, I'm tempted to try my hand at tracing...

Yeah, the first artist does some over the top stuff.... and he has a NSFW pic of Kagami on his site I actually don't like much. I credit Kagami with more assets as in the two pics you posted.

Welcome to a few months ago, I've seen a few non worksafe pictures of her as well, though I'm not sure to which extend it's ok to post an image (mind you, all 'innapropriate parts' are hidden as far as I remember).
