Oh no, late for the party...
Man, I had to flip a coin to choose between Kagamin and Mikuru-chan. In the end I voted for Mikuru-chan, I probably would've voted her anyway... Kagamin has won before. Right now, I'm still happily singing my "MI MI MIRAKURU MIKURUNRUN!" victory dance ... but at the same time, I'm also feeling like this: I wonder who Konata would've voted for... At least Maria-san has finally got through round 1, its taken WAAAAAY too long for that to happen.

2-2 for both picks and predictions.
Taiga clearly and undoubtly won... But she and Ami have to meet each other in the next round. Nodoka surprised me! But this result is not bad. Index cannot beat Azusa even recieved almost all votes from Index series fans, this is another surprise! Enma Ai still hold the faith, not bad for me, even Kuro failed. |

Well, fuck. Since Taiga is doomed to kill herself and Ami probably, I guess I'll go with Maria. Well, I commend Index for the last hour effort.
Saimoe was going so well. I hope this isn't a turning point.

Picks: 1-3 (39-33)
Predictions: 4-0 (57-15) YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! Azunyan!!!!! Maho was even closer than I thought she would be, which is scary. Taiga was dominating. Since it's break today, I'll write my votes/predictions for the next match tomorrow. The person making the winners' cards won't be around until the 29th.

Yesterday's Results:
Shigimori - 218 Fubuki - 121 Manabe Nodoka - 464 Yumeno Maho - 459 Toujou Ruby - 36 Lynette Bishop - 521 Aisaka Taiga - 726 Loise Halevy - 68 Nia Teppelin - 87 Kanzaki Kaori - 75 Nakano Azusa - 611 Index - 584 Yoko Ritona - 205 Kuro - 255 Su - 242 Enma Ai - 428 After a slow start, K-On is starting to fight back and gets two more characters into Round 2. Nodoka manages to squeek by Maho with a 5 vote win. She defintely has to thank Azusa for brining in K-On fans to the match. Lynette is a strong opponent, but she isn't on Taiga's level. Taiga manages to win the second match with ease. The third match was close but Azusa prevailed over Index. As I mentioned before, it wasn't a completely fair match. Kanzaki Kaori was defintely causing a split vote with Index. However, even if Kaori was suddenly removed from the match, Index would need roughly 70% of Kaori's votes to win when you account for some of the votes going to Azusa, Nia or the person not voting. Azu-nyan might have still won even if Index wasn't being held back. It would have been closer, though. Lets hope K-On continues to win from here so we have someone to challenge Nodocchi. Enma Ai takes the fourth match with ease. Today's matches: None. Break today.

Predictions:3-1 (63-9)
Picks: 1-2-1 (37-32-3) awww Micchi, you jinxed me . just kidding. anyway thanks for that useful piece of info. as for the matches, damn Index, that was close. i thought Index was Saimoe-caliber material, and i still stand by that belief. the matter is, Azu-nyan as well is up there in the strength department. and apparently the split did matter... there goes the bracket math, and looks like Maria would be going against KyoAni characters from hereon if she wants to advance, provided the expected script plays through... speaking of splits, Taiga expectedly winning does set up that dreaded Ami-Taiga split. nonetheless, i believe that split would be more troublesome against the defending champion... Saki super side chara almost beating a K-ON side chara? lol, why should that be a surprise D: and as a trivia Enma Ai becomes the only character so far to win her opening match as a lone entry from her series. no predictions for now, but instead i have prelims 1 and 2 charts updated up to Block F and the pactios from the last match... oh TRE you're under the impression that only a K-On character can beat Nodoka? that's interesting...

To be honest, I don't think anyone can beat Nodocchi right now. I think it has to be a K-On character since the other strong characters are Saki characters that would just get killed by Nodocchi. Actually considering how few K-On characters there are, I should say it's just Azusa and Yui (and Mio) who have a chance. I guess Hinagiku isn't completely out of the question either. Hinagiku defintely looked good in her first round match. I would have said Index had an outside chance, but she's gone now. I suppose there could always be a out of nowhere assassination attempt aimed at Nodocchi which would expand to list to any half-decent character.
