If he has some sort of computer with all the technical knowledge of human tech evolution then he gonna blow the minds of those medieval people. Would be interesting to see him help one kingdom evolve technologically further than others and unite the planet under their banner so that he can build a spaceship to get away.

There's a original WN for this, but author doesn't update it very often.
Some Narou readers are quite annoyed by this. https://ncode.syosetu.com/n3490ee/ Apparently their greater focus is on doing the LN version. Kadokawa's publishing the LN version of Galactic Navy Officer, Vol 4 was the latest release (Dec 2019). Illustrations are by the same person for Altina the Sword Princess. https://www.kadokawa.co.jp/product/321909000141/ Vol 5 is scheduled for Jun 24th, 2020. https://alert.shop-bell.com/ranobe/detail/3455/ |

The AIs can create human bodies and inhabit them it seems
Super instant bishoujo harem It's sad that there is a clear division of Good and Evil here MC's next move is definitely helping this princess retake the kingdom Same thing can be said to most MCs, but why are you doing so much for this girl? He's an officer too so he should not easily get involved with the politics of an area Sigh... Everything for Main Heroine, I guess What a Simp ALL MCS ARE SIMPS

And there's no guarantee that he'll ever be able to leave the area, so aligning yourself with a local power who would be advantageous. Especially if you manage to put them in your debt by helping to put them back in power. At this point he's mostly just riding the flow since it's not like he has the leeway to do anything else. That could change once the AI gets the ship back up and running to some extent.

^What local power?
Her kingdom is gone Reinstating a Queen is not a simple thing! That's not a debt that can be repaid! Maybe giving half of the country GDP in 10 years? But is our MC is someone that will ask something like that? No! He regenerated someone's limbs for FREE He's a fricking simp!

He doesn't need money, he needs base of operations to figure out what he's going to do from now on. And the debt being too great to repay is literally the point. He'll have the resources of an entire kingdom available to him to either help with repairing his ship or live comfortably from then on. He regenerated her limbs because she was a fellow human, and he needed her to learn about the world he was in. He got payment in learning how the world works, the language, and was able to somewhat establish himself through her connections. As in literally everything his tech couldn't already give him. I get that you've been mentally traumatized by the constant herbivore MC's who white knight everyone they meet, but this dude's actions are entirely logical for his current position. If he ends up going completely native or something you could call him a simp, but at this point he's basically taking advantage of her at no cost to himself.

It's a projectile gun with 980 bullets left
Quote:
He wants to know about the world, yes, but none about physically owning a territory I don't know what crack you're smoking, but he's clearly not a cunning person I bet he will just say "take care" and leave after everything ends if the main heroine doesn't stop him from leaving Quote:
And using limited nanomachines to save 1 dying person just to get information is clearly not logical Quote:
Heroine is clearly taking advantage of his kindness Why is she even revealing her situation to him? She knows he will help her without asking for anything in return

980 kills is more than enough to take over a kingdom if you use it right.
Quote:
He can stay at the castle or whatever and plan out his next move. If he needs resources or manpower he can ask the princess (queen, whatever) for assistance. Quote:
Quote:
Second, in exchange for the nanomachines he now knows the language, culture to an extent, magic, the political situation, and he has a guide of sorts to the world. More than a fair trade. Quote:
You'd call anyone who isnt entirely self centered a simp by that logic.

Well...that's how the great majority of Japanese shounen/seinen web novels go when the main male character is dropped into the middle of nowhere - the first regularly occurring person he meets are 1-2 girls that need help. Then the girl(s) helps him get adjusted to the situation.
By the way, did the manga artist draw an earlier manga (isekai)? Because that artwork looks familiar. |
