There are two ideas I do not understand


1-Louise geting a familiar that did look like a human This is a big part of the idea behind the anime everyone thinks she summoned useless human


2- Louise geting a Female familiar if it not a Femslash It does not work the harem is big part of Zero no Tsukaima Or at least for me

Complain to Chibi Reaper, the author, not me. Personally I think it's a great story. And there's no romantic interest between master and familiar in this fic (Rumia is too alien for a love interest. That, and creepy).
